Signing up for a new account
You can sign up for a new account here. You will need to enter your first & last name, email address and phone number. Formstack will send you a password and verify your account by sending an activation email to the email address you used when creating your account. If you don't see this email, please check your spam folder.
We offer several different plans: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. The difference between the paid plans is the number of forms allowed, the number of submissions you can store in the Formstack database, your number of user accounts, number of style templates, and amount of storage space you get for file uploads. We accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit card payments.
We can create annual invoices for Manager and Teams plans. The non-profit discount applies to invoices but the annual discount does not. Please contact us to request an invoice. *Note that certain restrictions will apply if you do not pay via credit card through the standard billing system.
You can sign up for either a monthly or yearly plan; however, you can save nearly 20% (that's almost 2 months!) by signing up for a yearly plan. There are no signup fees and you aren't bound by a minimum contract or long-term commitment with any of our plans. You can cancel or downgrade your account at any time with no charge. If you decide to cancel your account within 30 days of signing up, we'll give you a full refund no questions asked. Just check the refund box on the cancellation page. If you're inclined to share why you want to cancel the account, we'd love to know that too.
