To integrate Batchbook with Formstack, go to Settings > Integration Hub > Customer Relationship Management and click the "Add" button next to Batchbook.
You will then put in your Batchbook Subdomain and API Key, which will allow you to map the fields on your form with the corresponding fields in Batchbook as shown below.
Batchbook also allows you to add Supertags to your records which will not only allow you to group records together using tags, but also add additional fields and information to the record being sent to Batchbook.
The last section will allow you to enter an email address that will be notified the integration fails upon a submission.
Re-Running the Integration
If an integration fails upon submission, check your integration settings for errors in API or login credentials or in the mapping of form fields. Then, click on a submission in your database. You will see ‘Integration Status’ on the left side of the submission. Click "Run Again". The integration will begin running. If it is successful, a green "Success" message will appear. If it is not, a red "Failed” message will be shown. If this happens, go back to your integration settings and check for other errors in setup.
